All items are made to order. Expect to wait 2-3 weeks for production and shipping.

All grillz orders must purchase a mold kit or get molds done professionally by a dentist. Incorrect molds can not be used and you are responsible for a proper mold. Extra putty is available and you are welcome to take as many attempts as you need using the same impression trays included in the mold kit. If adjustments are needed due to an incorrect mold, you may be charged.

All custom projects require a minimum 50% deposit. This deposit is nonrefundable. Please fill out the customs form to inquire about custom jewelry and grillz. You can also shoot me a dm @flyjeweler

Fly Jeweler does not accept any returns or exchanges for jewelry items.

All items are hand made in house and rigorously tested throughout this process. Jewelry is thoroughly inspected before shipping and properly packaged to ensure you will not receive a damaged product. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out through the contact form.
